Businesses in Japan get the same customer questions every day, on their website and on LINE, often outside office hours. The client wanted a simple way for any company to put its own knowledge behind an AI agent that replies in natural Japanese, without writing code and without sending customer data outside Japan.
We built Custama end to end: a no-code dashboard where a team uploads its documents, FAQs and website pages, sets the agent's tone, and goes live in minutes. The agent answers on a website chat widget and on LINE, hands a chat to a human when needed, and shows the team which questions it could not answer so the knowledge keeps improving. We also built the bilingual marketing website in English and Japanese.
