Cloudus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (“Cloudus”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a software development company based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy covers the information you share with us through this website, its forms and our email communication.

• All traffic to and from this website is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Form data is stored in a secured database, and attachments and CVs in private file storage with no public links.
• Only authorised Cloudus staff can see submissions, through a password-protected admin panel; access to files is logged and expires within minutes.
• Forms are rate-limited and checked to keep automated abuse out.

We share data only with the service providers that host this website and its storage, and only as far as needed to run it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers. The only cookie we set is a secure sign-in cookie for our own staff in the admin area. Visiting the public pages sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job applications only as long as we need them to respond, to follow up on a project or for a later suitable role. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our emails.
