Apply for this role ↗Hiring process
No puzzle rounds, no unpaid project work, and an answer either way within a week.
A conversation about your work
What you have built, what you decided along the way, and what you would do differently.
A practical exercise
Close to what we actually do on client projects, and scoped to take a few hours.
A session with the team
You meet the people you would sit with, and ask them anything about the work.
Why join
We look for ownership
People who ask what the software is for, not only what the ticket says.
We invest in depth
Time and budget to get genuinely good at one stack rather than shallow in six.
We keep teams stable
You stay with a project long enough to see the consequences of your decisions.
We pay for the work
Reviewed annually against the market, discussed openly rather than negotiated in the dark.
Apply
A repository, a shipped app or a project you are proud of tells us more than a CV does. Link it below and we will read it before we reply.
