As a Business Analyst at Cloudus Infotech, you will be the bridge between clients and developers. You will understand requirements, refine them, document them clearly, and help the team build the right solution.

What you will do
- Talk to clients in meetings and calls to understand what they need
- Convert client discussions into clear requirement documents that developers can follow
- Create flowcharts and diagrams to explain how a feature or process should work
- Find gaps or problems in requirements and get them clarified before development starts
- Suggest better ways of doing things — tools, processes, or automation
- Support the team during solution design, testing, and delivery
- Prepare reports and presentations when needed
- Keep track of project timelines and coordinate with team members
What we look for
- More than 1 year of experience in the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry where you handled client communication, requirement gathering, or project coordination — even if your designation was Developer, QA, Team Lead, or Project Coordinator
- Ability to understand business needs and explain them clearly to a technical team
- Good communication skills — comfortable talking to clients and writing clear documents
- Basic knowledge of how software projects work (Agile, sprints, testing)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
